   To be a football player it is very crucial that the players wear helmets to keep them from getting concussions and reducing brain injuries. A good football helmet should fit snugly on a player's head allowing minimal head movement while turning or twisting in any direction. This helps secure a player's head and keeps it in a stable position during impact. Properly fitted helmets disperse energy from impacts evenly through the head. This causes a decrease in linear and rotational forces associated with an impact or a collision that can cause injury to your brain. The science of football helmets continues to evolve as we get further into the future. People are continuing to design and test helmets for the greater good. Football helmets are one of the most important pieces of safety equipment utilized among athletes in the sport. Certain brands of helmets may be better than others because of the quality and how much they've been tested. 

  A helmet that I think is good and well-tested is the Speed Flex. Speed Flex is definitely worth the price that you are paying for them. A typical Speed Flex goes anywhere from 300-500 dollars for one. The Speed Flex will keep your head protected if worn correctly. The helmet has a nice chinstrap, comfortability, and it will keep your head protected. The speed flex has air pumped pads inside which will keep your head comfortable and reduce the risk of head injuries significantly. The next and final helmet that I think is good is the Visic zero. This helmet has custom fit foam material that is super light and comfortable to wear. The Visic Zero is the best helmet you can get on the market. The only downside of them is that they range from 400-600 dollars for one. But I think that the price of these helmets is worth it. This is because the concussion rate is super low when it come to the Visic zero. If you have the money for this helmet, then I think this helmet would suit a future superstar.
